We want your nether regions to be happy, so if you aren't 100% satisfied with your fit, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
